Breaking Ground

Breaking Ground

5/04, We’re really excited to have finally gotten our permit approvals from the Town of Corte Madera and issuance should follow shortly.

In the meantime we can start our site excavation and clearing debris, moving irrigation and lighting and removing the exterior stone pad.  Jose insisted we needed a medium grade demo hammer, and it seems the new Bosch is working nicely.

We’re dumping to a 5 yard concrete and rock box and taken down the fountain and camelias already.  We’re coming for you next wall!
